How
You'll need a GPS receiver, a digital camera, a notepad, and readiness to have fun and learn how to use OSM for mapping.
What
About 11:00: Meet at the UPC cafeteria, assign parts of the city to people or groups; go map.
About 14:00: Meet at UPC, decide where to eat, go eat.
About 16:00: Enter some computer lab in the UPC, turn on the computers, download the GPS data and photos, crash-course on potlatch and JOSM use.
