Mount Pearl is a City in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada at latitude 47°31′08.00″ North, longitude 52°48′21.00″ West.
General Information
The City of Mount Pearl is the second largest city in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and represents the third largest municipality with a population at over 24,000. Mount Pearl is situated just to the south Of the capital St. John's. on the island portion of the Province.
Initial Data Import
Much of the initial data for the City was imported from the Natural Resources CANVEC database in several passes. Since then, several users have added to and corrected the information comprising the region. At current, there are no major efforts underway to map the City fully (such as land use and power lines).
