Code of conduct/Proposal

Actions

• Adopt the OSM Carto Code of Conduct with the Carto-specific mentions omitted
• Hold a direct vote of the OSMF membership on whether to adopt a specific wording of the Code

If there is agreement from the broader membership then:

• Replace the existing, inactive Community Code of Conduct (Draft) with the new Code of Conduct wording
• Set up a new OSMF Working Group dedicated to resolving disputes and taking action when violations of the Code of Conduct are raised by community members
