Contributors functionalities wishlist/examples wishes ok

Those wishes are the type of wishes wished on the [Contributors_functionalities_wishlist]

• I miss an "undete way" function at the API side that I can use to recover deleted ways in a simple clic or in JOSM or in my own editor because it would be a loss of time to develope those out of the API

• I'd like my comments on past changesets to be editable (I made a typo, I want it to be more explicit)

• I'd like a tool that OWL but it is too bad that it is not updated anymore
