DE talk:Tag:route=pipeline

The meaning of route=pipeline is unclear. Problems I found so far:

• Members may not be pipelines, some do also map substations. The general wiki about route relations seems to support this
• Some mappers seem to use it to describe the position of the pipeline with existing highways or cutlines above the pipeline. My understanding is that this is not correct.
• If substations are allowed we need roles for the members, at least for those that are not pipelines.
