En la parte superior una guinalda de laurel atada con una cinta en cuyo extremo izquierdo se lee "Pos Fata" y en el derecho "Resurgo", que significa, "después de hecho resucita" Sobre dicha corona un haz de flechas, símbolo de unidad , y al pie del escudo y entre los dos leones se ve un águila con sus garras clavadas en tierra.
