Summary
A Japanese "Gomi Station" - or trash collection cabinet. The cabinet is a permanent and immobile (not a dumpster or trash can) and used only by designated customers in the area. While the collection service is overall a public service, access to a particular limited to people living in the designated area for the station. This is an old steel one found in Niisato-cho, Kiryu City, Japan.
