Dear Team,
My name is Ignacio, and I am a collaborator of OpenStreetMap, a collaborative mapping project aiming to create and provide free and open geographic data for everyone under the Open Database License (ODbL).
I am writing to request your permission to use BA Data and aerial photography tiles published on your portal for mapping in OpenStreetMap. According to the portal, the data and tiles we want to use are under the CC BY 2.5 license, allowing us to share and adapt the data with proper attribution to the original author. We plan to provide attribution by including the Government of the City of Buenos Aires on the "Contributors" page ([link](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Contributors#Argentina)).
To proceed with using the data and tiles, we need confirmation on the following: - Whether attribution on the "Contributors" page is sufficient and reasonable. - That OpenStreetMap and its users can use the data and tiles without affecting the Government of the City of Buenos Aires' right to distribute or license the data and tiles as they see fit.
We hope for your permission to use BA Data to enhance OpenStreetMap. Thank you very much for your collaboration.
Best regards, Ignacio
