This is shows some data from North London somewhere, with various tagging problems. The yellow sausages are all the unnamed highways, of which there are many in London at the moment.
The validator panel is shown 'undocked' in its own window, which you can do using the little pin icon.
One thing I should have done before taking this screenshot, is put the validation toolbar onto the toolbar (a preferences option)
