• Postponement, unanimous decision by organising committee

• Some feedback received after announcement, mainly around what is defined as not covered under policy and some definition questions
• Emily is puting together a response

Summer of Maps

• 14 week Fellow started working
• Completeness and demographics analysis
• Presentation with Azavea in August
• Follow up to publicize a blog post about this partnership

SciStarter

• Partnership with TeachOSM launched

FedGeoDay

• Recorded in case you want to review
• Maggie and Jubal present, Maggie presented
• Outcomes, aims to organize day or half day OSM & Government

Mappy Hours

• Maggie and Minh led a diversity mappy hour, successful
• There will be a follow up
• Mapathon around monuments to follow

Speaking engagements

• Virtual world means more opportunities, Maggie listed off some

LC Status

• Status: out to community, threads on list ongoing
• Discussion both around both the application and the change in the template documents
• Goal was to sign by SOTM, we will not make that because legal review ongoing
• Propose to put out our own post to control the narrative
• Maggie has been in close contact with OSMF board

Taxes

• Filing ongoing
• Ian still needs to be involved but going smoothly

Strategy

• Gunner happy to facilitate strategy session
• Follow up to plan / doodle date and time, for one hour

New business

Charters

• Still questions around legal issues
• Maggie meeting with folks who have experience
• MapRoulette interested
• OpenHistoricalMap also interested

Community Outreach program

• Something to bring to donors as tangible outcome
• Jubal and Maggie working on it

State of the States

• Meetings will start in a couple weeks
• Connected to idea to launch community ambassador program
