This page is attempt to document improving / adding Weighbridge stations in Ghana into OpenStreetMap. According to data available in this presentation (pages 36 & 37)[1] there are 18 of them. As at 21.10.2024 there are 6[2] (3 nodes 
and 3 ways 
of amenity=weighbridge of them mapped in OpenStreetMap.
Process
Getting data
- Convert table from PDF to CSV
- Transform to a Point layer
- Conflate data
Mapping
- Add amenity=weighbridge to highway=service if exists, else add both
- Add landuse=commercial around the area, the name=* goes on to this area
- Upload to OpenStreetMap
