On 2013-02-18, we had a meeting with people on Mali to discuss their priorities and how we can help with their short-term map needs.
They mentioned that they would be sending assessment teams to certain towns the next day in the morning. Building-level maps would help them, and they could use walking papers to take notes of what the buildings are (schools, hospitals, etc) which we can add to the maps afterwards.
This is a list of the relevant towns, and who is currently drawing buildings on each:
We need to trace buildings from Bing imagery on these towns as soon as possible.
