Import Bloomington, IN buildings

The city of Bloomington, Indiana, USA has GIS data available for download at http://bloomington.in.gov/gis and a city employee has confirmed that there are no usage restrictions on the data.

Of particular interest is the building data: http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=1870

The city has said that new building footprints based on sprint 2014 imagery would be available some time mid-2015. Unfortunately, the current data seems to have separate files for addresses and footprints, making some kind of conflation step necessary.
