OpenPlaques上の銘板のエントリーを参照するために使います。
用法
https://openplaques.org/ にある銘板のウェブサイト上のいわゆる機械タグをウェブサイトに表示されている通り正確にOSMタグとして使います。
通常はhistoric=memorial に必須であるmemorial=plaqueと、オプションとなる適切なinscription=* や name=*を組み合わせて使います。
