Use this tag with amenity=school to document the type of a school. Values may be combined by semicolons.
Note, this is not for showing whether a school is a primary school, secondary school, high school etc., for that use some combination of school=*, isced:level=*, grades=*, min_age=* and max_age=*.

The most common values in the UK are:
- school:type=academy for
academies. - school:type=alternative_provision for alternative provision schools.

- school:type=independent for independent schools, also known as private schools.
