Information About the Project
What is the problem that you are working to address in your community?

The project will be executed to assessing the impacts that community delivered from the lack or inappropriately use of the toilet. The use of toilets is the cross cutting issues that should be taken into account by each household member for the benefits of the community free from the diseases and environment degradation. The project is going to address the problem solution by empowering the awareness to community based on the use of toilet as well as collecting the important information related to reasons as well as what should be done to minimize the problem under the government choices. The challenges of the toilet use in some of the community is the challenges and in somewhat toilet is house foundation where by the each household should clear defining and designing the appropriately toilet for the protection of the community health and environment stability. The project will addressing the selective toilet and how to use for the community and environment sustainability.

The issue of the environment degradation is the macro-problem in the currently world community in some area especially in rural area the issues of the investment and working condition of prohibiting the environment degradation is less encountered and been taken as the community problem. The issues of the community diseases is reported to be the caused by the environmental degradation delivered from the lack of the community use of the toilet by which the community child under the 10 and above are become vulnerable group within the impact of the given circumstance. The project also needs to helps the local government to decides the best way of the implementation of minimizing the problem among the community based on the recommendation prepared by the project end up period.

Working with the community may require the large range of time and resources to motivates and penetrating the project success to addressing the problem. In the past decade of the working, i was addressing the problem in variously meeting after been accumulate the reliable information about the existed situation. The situation of the believes of community toilet use was very bad and was not convinced to run the kindly activities but i was still be the impact to the community and response of each household were shown at the moment that the community become aware of the toilet use based on the environment and community sustainability.

Inadequately resources and tool for data collection, geographical challenge due to the lack of the transport device, traditional believes among the community members, lack of professional staff for the monitoring and evaluation of the project success. The issues critical in the community was made up in very poor due to the day to day challenge arisen during the implementation. In the issues of the project grant provided will open up the opportunity for the community to increasing the awareness and becomes a part of the ambassador in many other community which face the same problem.

Traditional barriers of the community that will raised due to the lack of education and aware based on the issues will provided form the project implementation. But although the challenges will still seem to the project but also in the sometime the use of the local leaders will actually been a bridge of the any means and mode of the implementation.

After the project end up, the action plan document will be provided to the local government as the road map for the project success of the day to day monitoring and evaluation. The document will specify the issues to consider and will provide the awareness of the impact situation of existing in the community based on toilets. The issue of the monitoring will based on keep going the mind of the each household to ensure the use of toilet as well as the proposed that should be undertaken when the case of the lack of the toilet use in the community.

50 community will be trained as the group work for the implementation of the project but the selection and recruitment will based on gander men and women will equally treated on the selection process. Data collection will be based on mapping the community impact of the given base of the existing problem. The system of data collection will also based and focused on the basic problem rather than many other unrelated problem but then the project subjected with the empower the community in the issue of the participation in decision making of the existing. The project problem data collection system will based on the technological use to acquire the effective and efficient data from the problem. The project data outcomes will usefulness by the local government in decision making and developing the strategies for ensure the success of the project goal as well as the occupied with the Msalala District Council vision and mission.

The community project long term goal is to have the community with the environment stability delivered from the use of the toilet and educated and learning community based on the environment for sustainable community development. The community project data collection system will day to day useful but also data collected outcomes will be analyzed and used for monitoring and evaluation of the project and many other designed activities. The development partners and agencies will provided the data necessary for the implementation of the coming designed efforts to leads changes within the community, in another meaning the data production outcome will be the source of the data to other community development efforts.

(a) Laptop: This also is very important tool for the multi-functional of the project activities for the well organized and compiling the data collected into chronological framework.
(b) Pens/Mag-Pens: This is for facilitating the training and the data collection to write and note/joint down the notes.
(c) Diary: This also will useful for the noting the important key notes during the training period of the local and group work selected and recruited.
(d) Vest; This is special for identity logo of the team work wearing during the work implementation of the project.
(c) Smart Phone; This is for the data collection use on basis for questionnaire of which will the project will requiring in regards to the problem exist.
All of the tool will be stored on Msalala District Council for each day after the project implementation.

The data will be owned and used by the Msalala District Council MDC to addressing the best option of the implementation to minimize the problem within the community. The project will provides the various best ways of the implementation towards the community development based on the solving the problem existed. The data will normally for the government use to ensure the well being of the community as well as allowing the implementation of the other project based of the similar. Many other private organization will use the similar data collected outcome to addressing the changes after the reality of the existing.

The gender based of the involving the women will equally treated similar to the men so as to address the change of mindset towards the community development. The alignment of project will based on the empowering the women who seems to be a directing affected by the problem at the household levels of the community. The 50 group work team will equally considering the men and women for selection and recruitment process.

50 New mapper will be recruited to being the new mapper within the community. The issues of training will actually based on the preparing the mappers and additional professional on GIS capacity use if will be necessary so as to accomplish the project implementation.

The issues of the working plan with the local government is to helps the government in providing the service to the community by collecting the reliable data necessary for the development decision making. The local government works with the inappropriately data which has unconvinced outcome to helps in the solving and end up the community problem.
