In Changeset 11186857 i did a one time mechanical edit (with JOSM) to change bicycle_parking=sheffield to bicycle_parking=stands.

There has been discussion here and here that sheffield is no usefull tag in the DB, but the slightly more general bicycle_parking=stands.

In the changeset are two nodes, which are no mechanical edit: 268223258 268223258 and 1396136456 1396136456 were incorrectly tagged with the combination of amenity=parking and bicycle_parking=sheffield. This node was at the edge of an mapped car-parking area. I checked via Bing that this two nodes does not describe car, but only bicycle parking.
