Removing amenity=telephone in Poland with exception for emergency phones near highway=motorway.

Data preparation

According to information on polish Wikipedia and several press articles there are no public telephones in Poland still operating. Thus I decided to delete all of them. Members of the OSM Poland forum and OSM Poland Telegram group were informed about this and nobody pointed any mistake.

  1. I deleted nodes by following query:
 area["name"="Polska (ląd)"]->.boundaryarea;
 nwr(area.boundaryarea)["amenity"="telephone"] -> .allphones;
 nwr(area.boundaryarea)["emergency"="phone"] -> .emergencyphones;
 (.allphones; - .emergencyphones;);
 out center;

Here is overview of those nodes. Due to inconsistent tagging it's not possible to narrow down query.

This places does not exist anymore.

I downloaded nodes using JOSM (Overpass query), selected them with ctrl+a and deleted all.
