Goal: Review and divide the full length of all major highways (primary, secondary, tertiary) where necessary in Orange County. Necessity is defined by the presence of a physical barrier dividing the road, usually one half for each direction. See the official convention for divided highways.
Colors: Red - known problem, Orange - partially done, Yellow - unchecked, Green - Done
