Description

I cannot find any tags to use for a road or highway that is under-construction or proposed. If not otherwise already provided for, two alternatives are possible.

1. An 'proposed' value for the highway tag. Should also have an tag 'completion', to refer to completion date.

2. A tag as per other highways (eg 'trunk road' etc.) with another tag status=proposed (or proposed=yes) and then another completion date tag.

A similar tag is proposed for a Highway Under Construction
