Usage
Proposal
Provide a way to locate rescue equipment commonly found on beaches and in harbours for example. This is often life rings, ropes, ladders and hooks for rescuing people from water, but it could be other sorts of rescue equipment.
Rationale
This is important information, especially on detailed maps. The ability to locate the equipment saves lifes!
Examples
In Denmark, there is rescue equipment in most marinas, as well as on most popular beaches.

Possible addition: rescue_equipment=[type of equipment]
types could be lifering (see also amenity=life_ring), throwbag, ladder, hook, heartstarter, etc., or a semicolon seperated list.
