Usage

Use emergency=emergency_ward_entrance to mark the entrance to an emergency ward (German: Notaufnahme).

Tagging

• The node should be an entrance (entrance=*) to a hospital (amenity=hospital + emergency=yes).

• Use emergency_ward_entrance=* to specify for whom the emergency ward entrance is:
  • emergency_ward_entrance=private_persons: only for private persons (note: this tag was changed after a discussion in the Forum)
  • emergency_ward_entrance=walk-in: only for individuals / people who come independently to an emergency room
  • emergency_ward_entrance=rescue_service: only for rescue service
  • (emergency_ward_entrance=all)
