The nature_area tag could be combined with a proposed Tag:nature=*
The nature tag would describe the type of nature area (wilderness, wildlife, forest, grassland, etc.)
Nature areas would include larger parks that are administered as part of a park network.
These would be tagged using the proposed relation: Tag:type=park_network
Protected areas could be tagged using a proposed Tag:protected to indicate what kind of protections they have.
