Summary
There are tags for recycling places and for waste disposal stations. This tag is intended for smaller waste containers such as thos commonly found along foot paths in parks and other places.
Reasoning
The name "waste container" was choosen due to it being the name for such features in wikipedia. Other names are of course also appropriate and it could be changer to waste basket, trash can, waste bin or something else.
