health_specialty is american english, health_speciality is british english (see http://dict.leo.org/?lp=ende&from=fx3&search=speciality). I think it would be a good idea to attach a corresponding note. User 5359 16:35, 26 March 2011 (UTC)
No, Specialty without the final 'ity' is standard usage in British Medical practice. It's a common gotcha with people starting to do business with the NHS (and private hospitals): its a shibboleth of whether you know what you are talking about. This link [1] shows such usage.
