Yeah, you can say this is a very early draft, maybe should have put it in a sandbox at the moment. The reason for it was basically that I feel that much of this information is missing from the existing relation, besides using a relation might allow for detour routing. Believe me I have seen it, and there they focus on the enforcement, I have stepped out of that discussion as I have been promptly overrided and ignored on all my comments and suggestions. --Skippern 16:16, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
