Proposal talk:Low waste and zero waste

How about packaging=*?

I don't like the tag "low_waste=zero_waste". And when I search the web for "low waste", I get to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low-level_waste.

How about this:

• packaging=yes
• packaging=low_waste
• packaging=zero_waste or no
