Class

Is class the best tag for the bus/train/etc bit? Not sure what might be better though, transport or something

I was trying to keep down on the number of different keys by using one which could be common to a number of other features all be it with differing feature dependent values an alternative would by 'type'. -- Batchoy 12:26, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

The problem with that is that it risks namespace collisions. type=* is a definite no-go as is conflicts with type=multipolygon. class=* has the potential for similar problems. --Hai-Etlik 09:07, 14 January 2011 (UTC)

Other Transports

There are places with car parking and bike parking, where you drive up, collect your bike, and cycle into town. They're normally coupled with bus ones, but perhaps not all are, and should probably be marked.

Can you have park and ferry? I think there's one of those in Sydney near the Olympic stadium, BICBW
