Proposal

In some places like where I map in the Marais Poitevin, cable ferries can be pretty useful. They allow pedestrians and cyclists to cross a river without having to go for a bridge that can be sometimes several kilometres further. Since there's different kinds of cable ferries, especially different in size and in what they can transport, I propose to use the restrictions tags to document what can be carried by the cable ferry.
