Description

I cannot find any tags to use for a road or highway that is under-construction or proposed. If not otherwise already provided for, two alternatives are possible.

1. An under-construction value for the highway tag. Should also have an tag 'completion', to refer to completion date.

2. A tag as per other highways (eg 'trunk road' etc.) with another tag status=under-construction (or under-construction=yes) and then another completion date tag.

A similar tag is proposed for a Proposed Highway
