Summary
This proposal has been obsoleted by Proposed features/generator rationalisation.
A power=generator may produce electricity, heat, cooling or some combination using co/tri-generation.
Suggested usage:

| power_output | cooling | Cooling (or cold water) |
Co-generation and tri-generation plants should separate values with a semi-colon, for example "power_output=electricity;heat".
To ensure that information isn't lost, this should go hand-in-hand with a further proposed tag - Proposed features/power_method.
