Description
Incorrect name that should not be mistaken with the feature’s real name in the name key. Show/edit corresponding data item.

Status: in use

Used to indicate something that is NOT the name=* for an object - usually, it is used because some other external or official source seems to suggest an incorrect name. Then, not:name=* can be used to make sure that when people come to edit the name, they don't repeatedly make the same mistake.

A geocoder may also use this key to index certain misspellings and errors with relatively low search rank.
