You can either use the WMS server directly or the experimental SOSM mapproxy service:

Potlatch 2

Add

http://mapproxy.osm.ch:8080/tiles/zh_stadtplan/EPSG900913/$z/$x/$y.png?origin=nw

to the Background/Hintergrund menu (-> edit -> add)
