State of the Map/Planning/Code of conduct

Following a 2015 review of possible code of conducts we adopted a text based upon the Geek Feminism policy. We provide a short and full form as per their recommendation:

• Code of conduct (full anti harassment policy)

We encourage all conferences to have a code of conduct and to share it here.

After SotM 2016, Gregory wrote a review of being a code of conduct volunteer and the small "incidents" that occured.
