Alabama
Mobile County
Many unnamed highway=residential that should be service roads and many service roads that are driveways but not marked service=driveway.
California
Bakersfield
Many imported buildings have duplicated POI tags that need improvement.
Los Angeles
Buildings not investigated in depth, but it appears many garages were imported as building=house. A query for building=house smaller than about 60 square meters finds 390 thousand objects. There's also other buildings that have been assigned a type apparently based on the property use. Parking shelters at apartments tagged building=apartments and many sheds and outbuildings.
San Luis Obispo County
House numbers and streets in addr:full=* tags. Also, tags like addr:street:name=*.
Sonora
Address parts in uppercase instead of titlecase.
Trinity County
Lots of poorly aligned TIGER data that predates the accuracy improvement project.
Georgia

Lots of unnamed residential that have names in more recent TIGER data.
Illinois

Many unnamed highway=residential that should be service or track.
Jackson County
Many unnamed highway=residential that should be service or track.
Pike County
Numbered township range/name routes are no longer used as they are in TIGER. Instead, the county uses street/avenue names. Contact the county E911 coordinator for more information.
White County
Many unnamed highway=residential that should be service or track.

Lots of driveways and other service roads as highway=residential from tiger.
Gibson County
Lots of driveways and other service roads as highway=residential from tiger.
Louisiana
Lots of shorter roads imported with tiger:cfcc=A31 and thus highway=secondary that probably aren't quite highway=secondary.
Police juries are tagged amenity=police, even though they're really administrative buildings that should be tagged amenity=townhall.
In Natchitoches Parish, "private roads" (ownership=private or sometimes access=private) were imported as name=Parish Road.

Township roads only have the township road number as their name. These numbers are not signed on the ground. The actual signed name of the road seems to be mostly available from TIGER 2017.

Lots of manually traced buildings that can be improved with more recent imagery.
New York
Adirondack Park
Hundreds of service roads incorrectly named "Adirondack Park" or "Adirondack Park Preserve". Many are clearly just service roads that should not have names.
St. Lawrence County

Ohio
CDP boundaries were imported instead of township boundaries.
Preble County
Every parking lot in the county is mapped as a highway=residential way hugging the edge of the lot.
