Tag:building=fixme

There is no value whatsoever in using building=unclassified instead of building=yes and usual fixme=*. Meaning is the same, it just makes it harder to support it by various tools.

fixme=* allows to specify what needs to be fixed and is widely used. Notes feature can be also used instead.
