Tag:cycleway=share_busway

Use cycleway=share_busway for cycle lanes taking the form of bus lanes that are also designated for use by cyclists. This tag will normally be used with bus lane tagging.

Oneway and contraflow

If the road is oneway, then the bus lane shared with cyclists is only in that direction, otherwise there is a bus lane in both directions along the road, both of which are shared with cyclists.

For contraflow lanes, where both buses and bicycles share a lane and the lane's direction of travel is opposite that of the main flow of traffic, use oneway:bicycle=no.

You may wish to use cycleway:left=share_busway and/or cycleway:right=share_busway to be more specific when space is shared with a bus lane along only one side of the road.
