After more consideration, using a guidepost for something that doesn't show destination conflict with the definition usage of information=guidepost
I changed my tagging but still don't know what is best : maybe better use something with symbol=* + support=pole ?
The tag guidepost=simple is a specific type of information=guidepost (or more rarely of information=route_marker)
