The 
Commission to Preserve National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina (kons.gov.ba) (in Serbo-Croatian: Komisija za očuvanje nacionalnih spomenika Bosne i Hercegovine) is Bosnia and Herzegovina commission (agency), which declares and registers National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including sites, natural/urban/architectural ensembles, immovable and movable heritage of historical and cultural importance to Bosnia and Herzegovina, as an institution at state level.
The old website of the commission (old.kons) currently serves as an online registry and documentation archive. Abbreviation is kons.

- If the monument is National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we should use following values: heritage=2 + heritage:operator=kons + ref:kons=* (identifying KONS (followed by numbers)). Following information can be added also: kons:inscription_date=* + kons:decision number=*.
