This tag is at once
- extremely narrow - making unlikely that data consumers will support it
- ambiguous - well may pump oil but may pump also for example potable water or waste water from mine
Instead use landuse=industrial + industrial=wellsite for oil well areas. This unambiguously refer to petroleum well sites.
