A bin made for the disposal of tattered or worn-out flags.
There are often cultural and/or patriotic norms around proper disposal and retirement of flags, and these bins allow for the flags to be collected in order to handle their disposal in a dignified way.
How to map
Should be combined with amenity=waste_basket. If the entity running it and handling the disposal is available, that can be mapped with operator=*.
