If there is no need for a significant change, I plan to implement this around June 20. Johnparis (talk) 22:11, 4 June 2018 (UTC)
- Implemented on June 27 after feedback. I did not make any additions to the wheelchair tag because of reporting problems from RATP. Johnparis (talk) 19:29, 27 June 2018 (UTC)

source code
Perl program to generate edit file was mentioned - can you consider open sourcing it on open license? Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 11:03, 5 June 2018 (UTC)
- I certainly can and will after adding some comments to it :) Johnparis (talk) 11:12, 5 June 2018 (UTC)
Wheelchair data quality
Are there significant differences between STIF and OSM on the few stops that have wheelchair access documented in OSM?
- I don't believe there are significant differences at the level of the individual stop. There is a problem, however, with RATP bus lines. RATP provides data route-by-route, rather than stop-by-stop. If 70% of stops on a route are accessible, RATP reports all the stops as accessible. If fewer than 70% are accessible, RATP reports none as accessible. Thus, the data from RATP are suspect.
- I have checked several routes outside Paris (non-RATP) and find a very high degree of data consistency, even between different operators. In other words, if one operator says a stop is accessible, so do other operators at the same stop. Furthermore, each stop is marked individually, and many stops have no value at all (neither yes nor no). So I am pretty happy with the wheelchair values for non-RATP lines.
