Duplicate data

This import seems to have introduced a lot of duplicate data in incorrect locations. I think we should consider reverting it, unless there's a way to clean it up automatically.

For example, the house and address data that was correctly imported here:

Was also imported into the middle of a forest where there are clearly no roads or buildings:
