percentage considered harmful
The template is a good Idea. Especially that all pages looks the same. But the percentage is not a good idea: How do you know whats 100%? All highways, all road tagging or just everything? What do you do if new features are available? Is it then still 100%?
I think the alternatives are to not say it's done, but to say when it's not done: If you think it's done there is just the place in list: if you know that items are missing then you add something like "some residential streets missing", "not all pubs are tagged", or just: "not mapped", "slightly mapped".

- In general a percentage is a rough guess at how close we are to getting all the streets mapped in. This has it's problems of course, maiinly that different people come up with different ways of estimating.

- But the main problem really is a different one. It's always going to be a bit too much effort to manually maintain percentages on the wiki.

Autocalculate Headers / Links
I would love to have some sort of Autocalculate Headers. As im using this on Bottrop i thought when using like:
