Relation to motorcycle tag

The first paragraph of this wiki page currently says:

> The use of atv=* implies motorcycle=yes.

Is that phrasing accurate? Taken literally, that seems to mean that if any value of atv is present (including atv=no), then it implies motorcycle=yes. I think maybe the intent was instead to say that whatever ATVs are allowed to do, motorcycles are also allowed to do, unless stated otherwise. I.e. atv=<something> implies motorcycle=<something> too, unless a motorcycle=* tag is also present which says differently.

If that interpretation is correct, then I suggest the wording be tweaked to clarify it. — Jake Low (talk) 19:23, 17 June 2024 (UTC)

Please remove the implication `motorcycle=yes`. In Québec, Canada, most ATV trails are restricted to ATV only (and snowmobiles in winter), therefore motorcycles are forbidden on most ATV trails.
