inlane vs dedicated
Thrird example is confusing. Shouldnt it use "dedicated" instread of "inlane?". --Jakubt 20:58, 17 August 2011 (BST)
- The parked cars still impede the traffic, one has to look out for and wait for oncoming buses, and most drivers have to slow down even when normal passenger cars meet. Alv 08:16, 18 August 2011 (BST)
Positions of parking cars
- *=parallel is o.k., but
- *=perpendicular is a bad term. Perpendicular parking only is possible with a bicycle under a ceiling, if you hang it on a hook.
Better would be
- *=rectangular (about 90° from the driving direction)
- *=diagonal (about 60° from the driving direction)
