Talk:Key:retreat
We have a similar program in the States called "Safe House". Perhaps that would be a more helpful tag than "Notinsel"> -- Gridlock Joe 16:52, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
- You are right. Lulu-Ann wrote, that the projects could be added with the tag support=notinsel. I think, this is more usefull for all projects. --ChrissW-R1 08:08, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
Maybe you should mention what Notinsel means (litt. "emergency island"), otherwise people might think it's a place for people who dislike Christmas decorations (no tinsel) ;-) Mtcv 17:58, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
- That is actually exactly what I thought when I read the "no tinsel" tag just now :-) -- Harry Wood 15:56, 11 November 2010 (UTC)
Have a look at the social_facility-proposal. Maybe we could share our ideas? Thanks - Kerosin 11:13, 15 September 2010 (BST)
- Meanwhile it is a key ( Key:social_facility ) and I support the idea to use it. My proposal for the program in Germany (other countries have different operator): amenity=social_facility , social_facility=outreach, social_facility:for=child , operator=Stiftung Hänsel + Gretel (Projekt Nothilfe) 5erBande 7:38, 31 March 2012 (UTC)
- The problem with this key is, that the Notinsel buildings are simple shops or banks. The best way to avoid conflicts with other keys is the following idea. --ChrissW-R1 21:47, 8 June 2013 (UTC)
I think that the tag is not chosen ideally but as it is a proper name of this facility I would not translate it. What about something like support:notinsel=yes/no? This would allow for tagging infinite similar items on the same object. --Dieterdreist 16:58, 1 September 2011 (BST)
- I think, this is the best idea, and now I will start to use it. --ChrissW-R1 21:47, 8 June 2013 (UTC)
- I created a new Key:retreat for more i18n. --ChrissW-R1 (talk) 10:21, 19 June 2013 (UTC)
"not the same as Key:social_facility"
What is the difference? Maybe mention it in the article? Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 08:27, 16 May 2018 (UTC)
