Is it possible to put a "bounds" on the tiles generated, if for instance I have an osm file which covers a large area, but I only want to generate tiles for a small part of this? Dmgroom 16:05, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
- I've just added the Q/A for this on the Kosmos FAQ page. --Breki 18:55, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

IIS files mentioned in article
Have you got some notes on how I could use the generated tiles on an IIS based web server, if it is indeed possible yet? Thanks. EdLoach 09:14, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
- I have been working on a ASP.NET code for running on IIS some months ago, but I haven't had the time to finish it. But what you could (probably) do is to use the HTML source (from the browser) produced by the embedded web server, save it as a static HTML file and use it in IIS (together with the rest of the jscript files). --Breki 16:54, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
Increase maximum zoom?
Is it possible to increase the maximum zoom? I want to create maps with level 20 for some streets.
- Currently it is not possible - GDI+ engine started acting very funny at zoom levels higher than 18. I'll try to improve this in Kosmos v3. --Breki 12:23, 21 December 2009 (UTC)
