"Motor-driven cycles" does not refer to motorcycles. That should be mofa=no & moped=no. -- Jaggedmind (talk) 14:22, 1 December 2015 (UTC)

- NHTSA has a definition in PDF using 5 brake horsepower as the cutoff. California DMV has Motorcycles, Mopeds and Scooters Defined. The pictures aren't much help, but the cutoff listed is 150cc displacement. -- Jaggedmind (talk) 17:40, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- The NHTSA definition is interesting, the question is how does it map to OSM tags, since if we use the moped value for what it defines as a moped the small motorcycle class doesn't have a tag, which implies that we would need yet another class to model access restritions for these (if they exist).
