- Poi type 0x2E06 (shop=kiosk etc) as defined in poi.cfg generates POIs that appear in Garmin eTrex Legend as Fuel services on a map made by mkgmap. --Japa-fi 14:02, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
- Cgpsmapper and GpsMapEdit defines 0x2E06 as "Convenience store". Try to connect your map to Mapsource and check there. --Liosha 14:14, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
Problem with template.pl
I'm on Windows xp. I've installed ActivePerl 5.10 and I've installed template package 2.9 by PPM. First I got a message "Can't locate HTML/Template.pm in @INC". Then I copied template.pl up one folder. and later downoaded Template-Toolkit-2.20.tar.gz, unpacked it and copied the folders to the perl installation. Both resulted in an error message "Can't locate object method 'new' via package "Template" (perhaps you forgot to load "Template"?) at ...\osm2mp.pl line 188."
On this page there are instructions for Debian, Gentoo, and Fedora. I guess "use PPM" is the equivalent for Windows? But what went wrong on my PC? Unmapped 21:41, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
- You need just run ppm.bat from your Perl\bin directory and install all required packages with it. Don't copy files manually! :) --Liosha 05:23, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks, somehow I did the search in a way that the right package did not show up. Now it works. Unmapped 17:43, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
